Chaos, information overload, and a multitude of tasks carried out simultaneously are the daily challenges faced by content marketing specialists. The response to these is the right tools, which streamline work, save time, and, above all, help in creating engaging content. At every stage of a content manager's work, we will find solutions that increase the effectiveness of actions and improve results.
There are dozens of tools available on the market that make daily work easier. Not all of them are free, not all of them are easy to use, but they have one thing in common – they have a real impact on the results of activities. It is worth testing them and choosing the ones that best meet our needs.
Find a topic or inspiration
When creating content, we always start with the needs of the recipient. Therefore, it is crucial to understand the target group and the topics that engage them. For this purpose, we use tools that help discover user interests and point to inspiration.
Facebook Audience Insights – Facebook's free tool that allows you to check detailed group interests, their content preferences, and activity on the platform.
Interankiety (www.interankiety.pl) – sometimes it's best to just ask. This tool allows you to create various types of questions (including conditional ones) and analyze responses in real time. Integration with Google Analytics also enables tracking statistics.
Google Trends (www.trends.google.pl) – shows what internet users are searching for at any given time, allowing you to compare the popularity of phrases.
BuzzSumo (www.buzzsumo.com) – indicates the content most frequently shared on social media, based on keywords.
Example: Do you run a cafe page on Facebook? Check which coffee content is most popular and share it with local customers.
Tip: By providing data such as age, gender, or location in Audience Insights, you will receive information about your group's favorite pages, magazines, and influencers. You will learn what content engages them the most – whether it is memes or expert articles, what graphic style they prefer, and what kind of humor appeals to them.
Organize your content
You can gather plenty of inspiration. How to remember it all? Content aggregation tools come to the rescue.
Pocket (www.getpocket.com) – save articles and graphics for later, organize them by hashtags or topics.
Feedly (www.feedly.com) – an advanced tool aggregating content from RSS, suggesting articles similar to those marked as favorites.

Create content that engages
You already have an idea and a topic – now it's time to realize it. The choice of format (article, podcast, e-book, video, graphic) should be adapted to the recipient. Regardless of the form, however, three elements count: text, image, and sound.
