Our goal was a bold and expressive graphic pattern that would not only become inherently associated with the packaging but also define the strength and distinctiveness of the Mazurro brand across all communication channels – including distribution channels and commercial materials.
Together with one of the best Polish photographers – Marcin Kępski, we created a series of photos, the starting points of which were: a conversation over coffee and an optical illusion.

Challenges and goals
1
Introducing a premium brand to the market
Our task was to launch a new coffee brand on the market, whose identity is designed to build a premium brand image aimed at a specific group of customers.
2
Reference to the world of art
Our target audience is the coffee consumer who is interested in culture. We looked for inspiration in the art world. The photo shoot we organized refers to fashion or even conceptual photography – rather than the coffee occasions typical of this category.

We decided to collaborate with poster artist Krzysztof Iwański to translate the artistic potential of a commercial project into gadgets such as mugs and posters.
Result
The product launch on the Polish market and building the credibility of the Mazurro brand. The product appeared in the Spar Polska retail chain and was distributed through e-commerce channels. The project itself won many nominations and several awards in leading Polish and European design competitions.
